Xylo
The premier luxury nightclub at The Palace BGC, setting the gold standard for Manila's elite nightlife and clubbing scene.
Discovering Xylo
Xylo at The Palace is a premier luxury nightclub in Uptown Bonifacio, Taguig City, located near the Uptown Mall.
- Exact Barangay/City: Uptown Bonifacio, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
- Best For: High-energy dancing, premium bottle service, and partying to world-class DJ sets
- Average Spend: ₱1,500 (standard entry with drinks) to ₱25,000+ (for VIP table reservations)
- Power Outlets & Wi-Fi: Outlets are not available on the dance floor; Wi-Fi is absent and cellular signal gets quite weak in the middle of the crowd
Honestly, if you are planning a big night out in Metro Manila, Xylo is the absolute crown jewel of the BGC clubbing scene. Formerly known as Valkyrie, this place has undergone a massive rebranding to offer a more sophisticated, neon-drenched luxury experience. The lighting setup alone is insane, with interactive LED panels that move with the beat, and a sound system that will leave your ears ringing for hours. It is one of those places that genuinely lives up to the local hype, especially if you are celebrating a birthday or just want to treat your squad to VIP table service. The crowd here is always dressed to impress, and the energy usually peaks around 1:30 AM when the headlining DJs take the decks.
Just a heads up, the dress code is very strictly enforced at the door. Do not even think about wearing slippers, cargo shorts, or athletic jerseys because the bouncers will turn you away without a second thought. Booking a table in advance is highly recommended if you want to skip the massive, sweaty line of people waiting for general admission. The commute to Uptown BGC on a weekend night is also a bit of a struggle. Traffic around The Palace complex is notorious, with cars crawling along 9th Avenue. Finding parking nearby is possible at the Uptown Mall basement, but getting a Grab at 3 AM when the club closes is a total test of endurance. Be prepared to wait at least thirty minutes or pay highly surged rates to get home.
Inside, you'll find two levels—the main dance floor surrounded by VIP tables, and a mezzanine level for a more private view of the action. The drinks are definitely on the pricier side, with standard cocktails costing double what you would pay at a regular bar in Poblacion. But for the world-class production value, the crowd energy, and the overall premium clubbing experience, it is still the top destination for anyone looking to experience Manila nightlife at its finest.
